Coco was born on November 8th, 2001 and passed away peacefully on January 29th, 2021. She is survived by her mother Man Ingenthorn, father Cho Yiu Chan and her brother Wai Ting Chan. Coco was born in Shenzhen, China and studied in Hong Kong for ten years. She started a new chapter of her life in 2012 as she followed her mother, Man Ingenthron, to the United States and was taken care of by her late stepfather - Mike Ingenthron. When Coco first came to the US, she could not speak perfect English and could hardly communicate with others. With her up-for-a-challenge attitude, she worked extra hard in school and became an excellent, top-grade student, accompanied by her good friends Keiko & Ashely. In 2020 her hard work paid off, and she was accepted into UC Berkeley to major in biology. 

 

Although her time with us was short, we hope she now lives a better life in another world.  Her happy smile will always live in our hearts. A special thanks to relatives, friends, church friends and neighbors for their condolences and help during this time. Let us overcome this sadness as we remember that Coco is now in peace.  We will miss her!
